 Becoming an Affiliate: A Three Step Process

 In order to apply for affiliation with Asinta, advisors must:

• Provide a core set of consultancy services

• Demonstrate a solid reputation as experienced, successful advisors
  and consultants in the actuarial and employee benefit services field,
  locally as well as with global companies

• Demonstrate proactive business development activities and established
  industry relationships in their domestic market

• Speak fluent English in addition to their home country language

 Affiliation is achieved through a three phase process that includes an application
 and review by our Executive Board. Next, if an advisor's application is referred to
 our affiliates by the Board, and accepted via a majority vote of current affiliates,
 initially Asinta's Executive Board will grant conditional affiliation for a specified period
 of time. This conditional affiliation is then followed by a review of the affiliate's
 responsiveness, work quality, and level of service. With a positive review
 accomplished, full affiliation is granted.
