Conor joined Frank Glennon (Life & Pensions) Ltd, trading as Arachas Employee Benefits, in 2017.

After graduating from college, he began his career with one of Ireland’s largest brokerages before moving to a multinational insurance company. He later brought his experience and expertise to Arachas, where he now leads a team of Employee Benefits consultants serving multinational clients. In his role, Conor delivers tailored solutions and strategic support across risk, pension, private medical, dental, and vision insurance programs, as well as benefits benchmarking and a range of ancillary coverages.

Conor is an Associate of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management (AIIPM). He also holds qualifications as a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), a Qualified Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA), and an Accredited Product Advisor (APA) for Personal General Insurances, including Medical.
