Andrew “Andy” Gotuaco has worked in the risk management and insurance industry since 1979, bringing deep experience in both local and international markets. He is currently a producer at Trinity Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers, Inc., where he focuses on strengthening and expanding the firm’s relationships with international insurance intermediaries and networks.
Previously, Andy served as a Director of Gotuaco del Rosario Insurance Brokers, Inc., where he played a key role in building the company’s local and international portfolio in his primary role as a producer, a position he held from 1989 to 2023. During this period, he also served as the firm’s General Manager from 1992 to 1994. His U.S. experience spans more than seven years, including roles as an assistant underwriter at CV Starr & Co. in San Francisco, Assistant Regional Manager (West Coast) for the Group Management Division of American International Group (AIG), and international employee benefits consultant at Miller, Mason and Dickenson (later Aon) in Palo Alto, California. He also holds the Health Insurance Associate professional designation from the Health Insurance Association of America.
Born and raised in Manila, Andy earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in the United States in 1979.
