We believe that employees are a company’s most valuable asset, and taking care of their well-being will protect the heart of a business and help maintain a healthy business culture. Howden Ireland employee benefits team will go beyond just sourcing the most competitive terms that suit each client’s unique requirements – they will provide a truly personalized service that builds a long-standing relationship based on trust and delivers on our promises.

We know that any good benefits strategy begins by balancing the needs of the business, its people, and its budget. For us, it’s all about digging into the details and creating a plan that suits your aspirations, then finding the most cost-effective ways to achieve them.

For employers serious about attracting top talent and retaining the best people, our consultants can help maximize the value of their benefits budget and help firms stand out. We’re also here to help avoid missteps and mistakes, assisting employers in understanding the legislative and regulatory complexities and any mandatory responsibilities that may lie ahead.

He specializes in setting up benefit plans for multinational clients expanding into Ireland across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, including technology, asset management, pharmaceuticals, and professional services, in particular.
