For the most part, medical care is provided by outpatient clinics followed by hospitals. Costs for outpatient care are mainly paid for in cash. Our advice is for the employer and employee to have shared medical insurance in place to keep such costs under control. It is also advisable for employees to use the preventative check-ups offered in order to save further costs.
