Asinta Welcomes Jim Kinney as Executive Director

Jim Kinney Asinta Executive DirectorThe Asinta Partnership is pleased to announce Jim Kinney as its new Executive Director. He brings extensive leadership experience in global employee benefits consulting, human resources, and insurance to the Partnership. Jim’s education includes a master’s degree in Tax Law from Boston University and a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Connecticut.

“Bringing Jim in to lead Asinta is an exciting step in the evolution of the Partnership and in executing Asinta’s strategic plan,” says Bret Goodman, Asinta Executive Board Member, and Senior Managing Director and EVP of Alliant Employee Benefits (Asinta’s US Partner).

Jim’s tenure as a senior executive at Mercer, Sedgwick Noble Lowndes, Andersen, and Arthur J Gallagher will significantly benefit the Partnership as it moves to strengthen its role in the global human resources marketplace.

“Being a Swiss American working in international business for over 25 years as an attorney, consultant, broker, and business owner, I can’t think of a better role than Asinta’s Executive Director to utilize my experience and specific skill sets,” says Jim. “I look forward to working with all of our Asinta Partners to ensure our multinational clients receive the highest levels of service and support for their global workforces.”

Jim resides in the Boston metropolitan area. He is a private pilot, avid skier, and runner and shares these passions with his family.
