Canadian Disability and Leave of Absence Program

Return to Health is a Canadian disability and leave of absence program created by Cowan, Asinta’s employee benefits consulting Partner in Canada.

This program is popular with multinational employers in part due to the leave of absence component that makes it easy to manage Canada’s various legislative leaves across territories, especially if there is no HR presence in Canada.
