COVID-19 Resources for Employers in the US

Asinta’s US Partner, Alliant, provided these COVID-19 resources for employers in the US.

Alliant’s Absence, Disability and Life (ADL) practice, in conjunction with Alliant’s Compliance department prepared a review of how employers are approaching paid sick leave, potential leave related scenarios, working from home, and business travel, as well as a brief summary of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act released by House Democrats March 12, 2020. In addition, there are two, 50-state charts, one outlining federal, state, and local COVID-19 guidance and the other addressing relevant COIVID-19 leave mandates on a federal, state, and local level.
