The following changes in employee benefits have been reported back by Asinta’s partner in Kazakhstan, MAI CEE:
New legislation changes concerning the compulsory liability of employers’ have gone into effect on May 11, 2016. These changes include:
- No separation into categories of staff.
- Limit of liability per employee is no more than ten times the minimum salary, as set forth by law (and annually updated).
- Rate schedule has increased.
There have been no significant changes in the market trends of employee benefits thus far in 2016.
