LawtonAsia and Medi Assist Healthcare Services, India’s leading Health Benefits Administrator, announced a strategic partnership to enhance the member experience for policyholders across Southeast Asia. Through this partnership, LawtonAsia is adopting Medi Assist’s AI-driven international health and travel insurance platform to streamline the claims experience. By optimizing turnaround times and increasing transparency, the platform ensures members have clear visibility and immediate access to their benefits, allowing them to focus on recovery when it matters most. Additionally, the solution empowers corporate clients to manage flexible benefit plans within their insurance programs seamlessly.
The deployment of this platform is poised to deliver key benefits across the value chain. Beyond efficiency, the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to making health benefits effortless, sustainable, and accessible for policyholders across geographies.
