US: Employee Benefit Benchmarking for US Law FirmsOur US Partner, Alliant Employee Benefits, recently released its 2017 Law Firm Benchmarking Survey. Inside you’ll find interesting insights into law firm benefits from medical, dental, and vision plans; contribution strategies; family-focused benefits including changes in parental leave policies; and much more.

Fifty-eight firms participated in the survey ranging in size from 1 to 1,000+ employees. An example of the findings include:

  • 86% offer HDHP-PPO medical plans
  • 23% of self-insured law firms carve out pharmacy and 50% carve put stop loss
  • 51% of firms have a formal parental leave policy for partners, with 15 weeks being the average baby/child leave time
