Conor joined Frank Glennon (Life & Pensions) Ltd, trading as Arachas Employee Benefits, in 2017.

After graduating from college, he began his career with one of Ireland’s largest brokerages before moving to a multinational insurance company. He later brought his experience and expertise to Arachas, where he now leads a team of Employee Benefits consultants serving multinational clients. In his role, Conor delivers tailored solutions and strategic support across risk, pension, private medical, dental, and vision insurance programs, as well as benefits benchmarking and a range of ancillary coverages.

Conor is an Associate of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management (AIIPM). He also holds qualifications as a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), a Qualified Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA), and an Accredited Product Advisor (APA) for Personal General Insurances, including Medical.

AEGIS

With over 30 years of experience in underwriting and brokerage in the UK market as well as in Thailand and Vietnam, Au Quang Hien has developed considerable risk and insurance management expertise, possesses extensive global partnerships and network contacts, works extensively with leading local and multinational clients and large-scale projects placements through both local markets and international placement coordination strategy. Au Quang Hien has held several leading roles and is a qualified Diploma holder of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in the UK. In addition, Au Quang Hien also possesses other financial qualifications that may support our valued clients with advisory.

Makler

Timothy is an experienced insurance broker currently serving as the Director of the International Division at Makler S.A. He oversees the company’s international operations, ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their global needs. He has been instrumental in expanding Makler’s international reach, leveraging his extensive network and industry knowledge to secure and manage international accounts. He joined Makler S.A. in March 2011 and has extensive experience in international markets. Before joining Makler S.A ., he worked as the International Director of Gamasi, Vetop Insurance Brokers in Spain, and Commercial Manager at HSBC La Buenos Aires Seguros and Sud Atlántica Cia. De Seguros.

Lilienfeld

Nikos has 22 years of experience in the Chilean insurance market (primarily life and health). He has 13 years with Lilienfeld where he is currently deputy commercial manager of the Life and Health division, in charge of maintaining the portfolio of current and new clients. Along with administering clients’ policies, he constantly updates himself on possible changes in the private and complex state health system so he can explain best practices clearly and concisely.

His education includes business administration and international business.

Fidex

Gabriel has +30 years of experience in the insurance industry involving risk management, employee benefits, and business development activities. He is the founding partner and commercial director at Fidex, where he leads business development, sales, operations, finance, information technology, and human development. Previous experiences include risk management in a large multinational organization and corporate sales at a well-known insurance company.

His educational background is in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey, an MBA from EGADE Business School, as well as studying Top Business Management from the IPADE Business School.

Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dog, sports, outdoors, and learning to grill. He will take any opportunity to escape to the beach somewhere in Baja.

Capacity Korea Ltd

Ryan Kim, Managing Director of Capacity, has worked in the Korean insurance market for 15 years, including stints with LINA, France Life, and AIA Korea, as well as in the Australian insurance industry for 5 years at AIA Australia. He oversees all global brokers’ service networks by cooperating with global partners to develop employee benefits plans for their clients. He holds a master’s degree in Science in Insurance from the University of Hartford, CT, USA.

Associated Insurance Consultants

Walid is adept at managing rapid changes in the marketplace and maintains an optimistic outlook, no matter the challenge. He can work strategically and collaboratively across departments and geographies while successfully implementing initiatives that drive operational excellence. Walid’s strong analytical skills and attention to detail let him take conceptualized ideas and guide them through to completion. He is creative and possesses vital business insights and practical sensibilities, understanding which solutions will work for his clients. The languages Walid speaks include English, Arabic, and French. He holds an MBA from Newport University in Los Angeles and an advanced degree in mathematics from the Lebanese University in Beirut.

Howden Indonesia

Violetha joined Howden on August 15, 2012, as Senior Vice President to lead the restructuring of Howden Indonesia’s employee benefits business platform. She revamped the Health and Benefits divisions to deliver improved service quality to clients.

Before joining Howden, Violetha was the Assistant Vice President at Marsh Indonesia, handling employee benefit clients. Violetha was responsible for business development which included participation in group employee benefits insurance brokering tenders, cross-selling initiatives, and creating insurance solutions tailor-made to meet client requirements.

Previously, she worked for JLT for 13 years, during which time she focused on the employee benefits sector for 7 years. Violetha was the pioneer when JLT established its employee benefits division in 2004. She was responsible for business development and client servicing, including Bank Permata and Bank Danamon, in 2010. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry.

Her area of expertise includes Group Term Life, Group Medical, Group Personal Accident, Expatriate Cover, Group Credit Life, Pension Plans, and Group Travel Coverage.

Violetha obtained her degree in law from Universitas Kristen Indonesia. She also holds insurance professional qualifications from Ahli Pialang Asuransi dan Reasuransi Indonesia (APAI) and is a Certified Indonesian Insurance & Reinsurance Broker (CIIB). Violetha also qualified at Level 7 for professional certification based on Indonesian regulations for Insurance brokers.

ASCOMA

Joseph is a business development executive with over 16 years of work experience in the insurance, assistance, and reinsurance industry, with a focus on medical and other employee benefits lines of business. Client-centric and solutions-oriented, Joseph is skilled at understanding his clients’ investments in human capital and balances that with the regulations in West Africa.

Prior to joining ASCOMA, Joseph held various management and sales roles for multiple territories in African markets for Saham Group and AXA Group, respectively.

He has a master’s degree in Insurance from Ecole Supérieure d’Assurance de Paris (ESA) and is the current President of the ESA Alumni for Africa. In addition, Joseph has been involved in service through Rotary International and is very interested in supporting the women of Africa through appropriate insurance.

Married and father of three boys, Joseph enjoys reading and traveling with his family to meet new people and discover new cultures. His motto is – Always cover what matters.
