Juan Mario Acevedo joined Correcol, then named Colasa, in 1982. Between 1986 and 1996 he was head of technical and commercial. In 2001 Juan Mario became President of Correcol. Juan Mario has a BSc in Economics from Kansas University and has graduated from the College of Insurance, New York both in Risk and Insurance and Ocean Marine Insurance.

lda Dhingra is Vice President, International Business Practice, at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd (India). She advises multinational clients on establishing P&C and EB insurance programs in India, regulatory issues, and market trends.
Alda was raised in the United States and educated at Columbia University, New York, where she earned a B.A. in Urban Studies with a minor in Economics. She has worked in investment banking, training and instructional design, and insurance broking. Alda co-founded the Delhi branch of Prudent and nurtured its growth from 6 team members to over 180 team members as well as the largest in revenue among Prudent’s nine offices. She has held multiple, cross-functional roles since inception, in Business Development, Client Servicing, EB Claims, Liability Underwriting, HR and International Business.
She has lived in India since 1993 and uses her international experience to bridge the multinational and Indian contexts of clients. Alda has run several half marathons and four marathons. She has two adult children who live in Manhattan.
Jeff Lord (BFS, PhD, AIIPM, QFA) joined Glennon in 2006 and has recently been appointed to the role of Director – Client Services within the company. Coming from a background in Private Banking, Jeff has extensive employee benefit and financial planning experience with both corporate and private clients alike.
As well as managing the Financial Planning division, Jeff’s main role within Glennons is to provide employee benefit consultancy services to their international and domestic corporate clients. In addition, Jeff is a also a Qualified Pension Trustee and provides understandable advice to clients around this increasingly complex area.

Tienmann (better known as TC) became Chief Operating Officer of Ximco in 2008. He oversees all operations in the greater China region, and manages overseas relationships with Ximco’s multinational clients and international partner firms.
Prior to joining the insurance industry, TC worked on Wall Street in New York as an Investment Banker for Leveraged Finance at UBS Investment Bank. He studied for a PhD at the University of California, Berkeley, with a research specialization on the Politics and Economics of Industrialized Nations of the Americas, Europe and the Asia-Pacific.
TC also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University, having graduated with Honors with a Double Major in International Studies and Economics.
Now based in China, he continues to be a research fellow at the Berkeley Roundtable of International Economics (BRIE). This role focuses on the development of the economies, politics and information technology in the Asia Pacific.
