Paul Vinck began his career as a financial controller in the pharmaceutical sector but quickly switched to insurance, specializing in employee benefits. Ten years ago, he came to Van Dessel as an account manager in Life & Benefits. After a few years, he received a promotion to department manager, where Paul sets the group’s strategic and operational plans in addition to commercial work.
He enjoys listening to his clients’ ideas and helping them reach their business objectives. Paul tries to find the best solutions for his clients’ employee benefit needs with his colleagues. This involves tailor-made risk coverages and newly designed reward programs, always taking into account the client’s financial and legal limits. He prides himself on having very tight relationships with his clients’ management teams, who see Paul as an essential business advisor.
In his free time, Paul is with his two sons where they live in a tranquil and rural area in Belgium. Cycling and running are also important facets of Paul’s life outside of work.
Marcel joined WHP in 2018 as a senior consultant specializing in employee benefits. He regularly advises domestic and international companies on how to improve their benefits and make them more cost-efficient.
Marcel has 15+ years of experience in the industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in general management as well as a federal diploma in pension fund management. He is trilingual in German, French, and English.
Enrique Acevedo, CEO of Correcol S.A., the largest independent insurance broker with 100% Colombian capital, is a Business Administrator who graduated from Los Andes University. He also earned a Specialist designation in Insurance from Externado de Colombia University and an MBA from Cambridge University. Enrique has over 25 years of experience in Insurance Intermediation.

Michael Stache is currently Vice President/CSO with more than ten years of experience in the field of local and international employee benefits. He studied at the University of Augsburg, where he graduated in Public Economics in 2005.
His career began in the Claims and Investment department of the Gerling Global Reinsurance Corporation in New York City in 2005. From 2006 to 2007, Michael participated in and successfully completed a highly respected trainee program at Allianz in Munich. Directly after that he was promoted to and worked as a Consultant specializing in Employee Benefits until 2010.
In 2010 Michael assumed his current position with Profion GmbH. He likes efficient and solution-oriented teamwork and is always up for a good laugh.
Anusha Jaiswal is Vice President of the International Business Practice at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd.
She has an MBA in HR & Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth University (Pune) and has accumulated over 15 years of work experience. She has been with Prudent for more than a decade and now heads the Inbound Business Practice.
She has had a diverse career in the insurance industry spanning 12 years, with experience in sales, inbound and domestic business placement, as well as consulting for both commercial and employee benefits insurance.
Simon’s good sense of humor is something his clients appreciate about him most. He is the Managing Director of Cornes & Co.Ltd (Insurance Division) and has more than 10 years experience with employee benefit insurances in Japan. Prior to Cornes & Company Simon was with Sedgwick Forbes in the UK, Japan and Australia for 18 years, and prior to this, he was with JLT for a decade. Simon lives in Tokyo with his wife while his daughter lives in the UK, and son in Australia.
Pedro is a proactive and result-oriented professional, and he is always ready to put all his time and energy into getting the job done.
With over 30 years of experience, he is very skilled in the employee benefits environment with an adequate holistic view of client management and relationships. He has a profound knowledge of the national and international insurance markets, being particularly specialized in multinational pooling and reinsurance to captive.

As an insurance-trained professional, Sunil has had the opportunity to develop the life insurance arm at Galaxy. Apart from business development and client servicing, this has allowed him to engage in the regulatory, reporting, business process, and system requirements at the organization. He understands and executes the entire business cycle from the strategy phase right through the point of claim.
Apart from client servicing, he particularly enjoys the strategic business planning aspects that he has contributed to.

Tienmann (better known as TC) became Chief Operating Officer of Ximco in 2008. He oversees all operations in the greater China region and manages overseas relationships with Ximco’s multinational clients and international partner firms.
Before joining the insurance industry, TC worked on Wall Street in New York as an Investment Banker for Leveraged Finance at UBS Investment Bank. He studied for a Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley, with a research specialization on the Politics and Economics of Industrialized Nations of the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific.
TC also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University, having graduated with Honors with a Double Major in International Studies and Economics.
Now based in China, he continues to be a research fellow at the Berkeley Roundtable of International Economics (BRIE). This role focuses on the development of the economies, politics, and information technology in the Asia Pacific.

With a focus on the evolving global landscape in group benefits and pension, Jacquie completed her Global Benefits Management Course in 2011 and recertification in 2013. Jacquie’s key responsibility is to meet the needs of Cowan Insurance Group’s (CIG) clients. Facilitating relationships with clients and consultants in multiple countries, Jacquie collaborates with CIG’s Global partners to ensure that their multinational benefits needs are understood and addressed.
As a Principal Consultant, our clients rely on Jacquie’s twenty-plus years of experience in the insurance industry. Jacquie joined Cowan Insurance Group in 2001, working as a Benefits Specialist in Business Development. As the organization’s global needs evolved, Jacquie became a consultant for many of our multinational clients, responsible for continuing the development of our global partnership in 2013. Jacquie collaborates with local partners in the countries in which our clients have operations to ensure that the clients’ global benefits philosophy extends across borders.
Jacquie communicates effectively to identify client needs and evaluate alternative solutions. Her success is primarily due to her dedication to her clients and her ability to provide data analysis and information to support change. Jacquie’s ongoing commitment to client/employee education and post-implementation attention are valuable assets to the overall implementation process and the continued evolution of the client relationship.
