Ireland’s Glennon Insurances Acquired by The Ardonagh Group
Asinta’s employee benefits consulting Partner in Ireland, Glennon Insurances, entered an agreement to be acquired by Arachas Corporate Brokers Limited, a subsidiary of The Ardonagh Group in the UK. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval by the Central Bank of Ireland and the Competition Authority.

The acquisition will likely be complete in Q4 2022. Glennon’s existing team will continue to provide client service post-acquisition.
