New Asinta Board Members Strengthen Asinta Partnership Even More

New Asinta Board Members Strengthen Asinta Partnership Even MoreLongtime Asinta Executive Board member Kevin Overbey is transitioning off Asinta’s leadership team this July. We deeply thank Kevin for all the guidance and advocacy he’s brought the Asinta Partnership over the past 18 years. Asinta owes its strength and recognition, in large part, due to Kevin.

“It’s been great fun to watch Asinta grow and change since I joined in 2000. We came together, worked hard, and built this Partnership into a top tier solution for our global clients.”

Alliant is looking to expand its global consulting capabilities and scale for more growth. Kevin’s time needs to be fully devoted to this, hence his decision to pass the torch on to Bret Goodman, Managing Director and Executive Leader of the Global Practice Executive at Alliant Employee Benefits.

Bret and his business partner started their own employee benefit brokerage firm (Arlen Group) in 1995, which became part of Alliant in 2010. Based in the Alliant San Francisco office, Bret’s been involved with global benefit consulting for over 20 years.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to play a more active role with Asinta and create new relationships with all of the Partners,” says Bret. “The Alliant global practice grew significantly over the last few years and we expect that growth to continue. I recognize that much of our success is attributable to the assistance provided by all of the Asinta Partners and I am grateful for everyone’s help.”

Another addition to the Asinta Board is Marc Benoit, Vice President of Consulting for Cowan Insurance Group of Canada. With more than 20 years of experience in the group employee benefits industry Marc says, I am eager to hit the ground running as a member of the Asinta board, and to continue the tradition of innovation and growth that was embodied by my predecessors at both The Williamson Group and Cowan Insurance Group.”
