New York Passed Legislation Providing Sick Leave During COVID19 Pandemic

On March 18, 2020, New York passed legislation providing sick leave during the COVID19 pandemic. Governor Andrew Cuomo signed Bill No. A10153 (also known as S8090) into law immediately providing employees in New York sick leave and certain employee benefits when the employee is subject to an order of quarantine or isolation due to COVID-19.
