Tienmann (better known as TC) became Chief Operating Officer of Ximco in 2008. He oversees all operations in the greater China region and manages overseas relationships with Ximco’s multinational clients and international partner firms.
Before joining the insurance industry, TC worked on Wall Street in New York as an Investment Banker for Leveraged Finance at UBS Investment Bank. He studied for a Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley, with a research specialization on the Politics and Economics of Industrialized Nations of the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific.
TC also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University, having graduated with Honors with a Double Major in International Studies and Economics.
Now based in China, he continues to be a research fellow at the Berkeley Roundtable of International Economics (BRIE). This role focuses on the development of the economies, politics, and information technology in the Asia Pacific.
Jacquie Fritsch

With a focus on the evolving global landscape in group benefits and pension, Jacquie completed her Global Benefits Management Course in 2011 and recertification in 2013. Jacquie’s key responsibility is to meet the needs of Cowan Benefit Limited clients. Facilitating relationships with clients and consultants in multiple countries, Jacquie collaborates with CBL’s Global partners to ensure that their multinational benefits needs are understood and addressed.
As a Principal Consultant and Global Practice Lead, our clients rely on Jacquie’s twenty-plus years of experience in the insurance industry. Jacquie joined Cowan Benefit Limited in 2001, working as a Benefits Specialist in Business Development. As the organization’s global needs evolved, Jacquie became a consultant for many of our multinational clients, responsible for continuing the development of our global partnership in 2013. Jacquie collaborates with local partners in the countries in which our clients have operations to ensure that the clients’ global benefits philosophy extends across borders.
Jacquie communicates effectively to identify client needs and evaluate alternative solutions. Her success is primarily due to her dedication to her clients and her ability to provide data analysis and information to support change. Cassio is a partner of Sciath Benefit Solutions and specializes in benefit programs aimed at addressing the needs of domestic and multinational corporations. He is a graduate of California State University, Pomona, with a postgraduate degree in Finance. Cassio also held executive positions in firms such as Deloitte and Marsh.
Cassio is married with two boys and enjoys spending time with his family.

Anne is a highly regarded global employee benefits professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She joined Howden in 2020 and has successfully set up and launched its Global Benefits management operation. Anne has worked with multinational clients spanning all countries and has lived and worked locally in the US, Germany, and the UK.
Anne works with clients, consultants, partners, and insurers to ensure that global benefits strategies are market-appropriate and compliant in each country. In doing so, she supports multinational firms to successfully drive their international growth and achieve their business goals.
