Lasse has worked in insurance, benefits, and pensions throughout his entire career, with both carriers and insurance brokers in Denmark, before co-founding Ensure in 2012. He is the co-founder of Ensure Pension and a board member of the Danish Insurance Brokers’ Association. Lasse specializes in employee benefits and pensions for large national and international clients.
He is a passionate cyclist today and was a high-level competitive cyclist in his youth. Lasse enjoys traveling the world both for business and leisure and spending time with his two boys.
Per Weckström is a 30-year veteran of the insurance industry. His career began as an individual and financial advisor at Folksam, one of Sweden’s largest insurance providers. He was also a SME advisor at Länsförsäkringar, and subsequently, he worked as an insurance expert at Swedbank, one of Sweden’s leading banks, where he became a broker. During his 11-year tenure as a broker, he has always specialized in the international field.
Per joined Söderberg & Partners 5 years ago and played a key role in establishing and continuing the evolution of Söderberg’s Employee Benefits’ international practice. The experience he gained serving clients while working at a very small brokerage gave Per great insight into the importance of high service levels and dedication for handling Swedish parts of a global program.
With a degree in Marketing, Per is passionate about networking and building lasting business relationships with brokers, global management, and HR and benefits departments.

Nathalie has over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry, beginning her career as a Junior Risk Underwriter before joining Omnilife and later Mednet International, where she gained extensive expertise across multiple markets in the Middle East. In 1996, she played a key role in establishing Mednet UAE’s operations before moving to Nasco Karaolgan in 1998 to pioneer its health insurance division. She has been with Nexus since 2013, holding various roles, including customer service, head of corporate client, and sales. She currently leads the Employee Benefits team at Nexus UAE, with a focus on business development and expansion.
Paul Vinck began his career as a financial controller in the pharmaceutical sector but quickly switched to insurance, specializing in employee benefits. Twenty-five years ago, he came to Van Dessel as an account manager in Life & Benefits. After a few years, he received a promotion to department manager, where he sets the group’s strategic and operational plans, in addition to overseeing commercial work.
He enjoys listening to his clients’ ideas and helping them reach their business objectives. Paul works with his colleagues to find the best solutions for his clients’ employee benefit needs. This involves tailor-made risk coverages and newly designed reward programs, always taking into account the client’s financial and legal limits. He prides himself on having very tight relationships with his clients’ management teams, who see Paul as an essential business advisor.
In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and two sons. Cycling and running are also important facets of Paul’s life outside work.
Marcel joined WHP in 2018 as a senior consultant specializing in employee benefits. He regularly advises domestic and international companies on how to improve their benefits and make them more cost-efficient.
Marcel has 20+ years of experience in the industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in general management as well as a federal diploma in pension fund management. He is trilingual in German, French, and English.
Enrique Acevedo, CEO of Correcol S.A., the largest independent insurance broker with 100% Colombian capital, is a Business Administrator who graduated from Los Andes University. He also earned a Specialist designation in Insurance from Externado de Colombia University and an MBA from Cambridge University. Enrique has over 25 years of experience in Insurance Intermediation.

Michael Stache is currently CSO with 20 years of experience in the field of local and international employee benefits. He studied at the University of Augsburg, where he graduated with a degree in Public Economics in 2005.
His career began in the Claims and Investment department of the Gerling Global Reinsurance Corporation in New York City in 2005. From 2006 to 2007, Michael participated in and completed a highly respected trainee program at Allianz in Munich. Directly after that, he was promoted to and worked as a consultant specializing in Employee Benefits until 2010.
In 2010, Michael assumed his current position with Profion GmbH. He likes efficient and solution-oriented teamwork and is always up for a good laugh.

She is currently serving as the Head of International Business for Employee Benefits at Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers. Her diverse exposure to these esteemed institutions has molded her into an accomplished leader with a holistic understanding of the service industry and the dynamic demands that arise in these work environments.
In her current capacity, she plays a central role in expanding the organization’s global footprint and strengthening its client relationships and strategic partnerships. Simon’s good sense of humor is something his clients appreciate most about him. He is the Managing Director of Cornes & Co., Ltd. (Insurance Division) and has over 10 years of experience with employee benefit insurance in Japan. Before joining Cornes & Company, Simon spent 18 years with Sedgwick Forbes in the UK, Japan, and Australia, and previously worked with JLT for a decade. Simon lives in Tokyo with his wife while his daughter lives in the UK, and his son lives in Australia.
